If the reception is not occupied,

the access to the hotel is exclusively with your Room key available.

Arrival information

Arrival is possible as long as the the reception is occupied.

We ask you to arrange a late arrival with us, otherwise your reservation can be canceled after 6.00 pm.

Your plans or dates have changed in the short termin?

Cancel your reservation until 6pm on the day of arrival free

In case of no-show/ non-arrival without cancellation

we reserve the right to charge 80% of the room price (all nights).
